Create a CAD/USD Template

Description

The Create CAD/USD Template page allows you to create Templates for your frequently used transfers. Once created, Templates are available on the Create CAD/USD Transfer page to allow for a quick entry of a transfer. A maximum of 100 templates may be created and maintained per user at any one time.

Notes:

• The 100 template limit is shared between Same Currency and CAD/USD Templates.
• Template Name and From Account are the only mandatory fields.

You must be assigned Payments and Transfers rights in order to create Templates.

How To Create a Template

Creating a Template is an eight step process:

1. Enter a name in the Template Name text box.
2. Select the From Account - where the money is coming from.
3. Select the To Account - where the money is going to.
4. Enter the amount you wish to transfer.
5. Select the currency you wish the amount to represent.
6. If desired, update the To Account description. This description will appear on the To Account’s bank statement and when you view your transactions using the Balance Reporting service.
7. If desired, update the From Account description. This description will appear on the From Account’s bank statement and when you view transactions using the Balance Reporting service.
8. Click the Save button.
