Rate Information - Delete - EFT

This page allows you to delete unneeded Rates.

Deleting a Rate

The process to Delete a Rate has 3 steps:

Step 1: Select a Rate and click the Delete button; from the Rate Information page. The Rate Information - Delete page will be displayed.

Step 2: Verify that the Rate you wish to delete is displayed. Tip: If the Rate selected is currently assigned to any Templates then a warning message will be displayed at the top of the page.

Step 3: Click the Delete button to delete the Group. You will be returned to the Group Information page.

Note: If you want to cancel the process, click the Cancel button.

Result: When you delete a Rate, all Templates that use the Rate will be updated to 'No Rate Assigned' but will retain their current Amount. This ensures that the Amount assigned to your Payment Templates is not lost if someone accidentally deletes a rate.

User Rights/Security/Filtering

• The Delete page is only available if you have the right 'Ability to Add/Modify/Delete Groups and Rates'.
