How do I Add a Report to the Schedule?

Description

  1. Select a Report from the dropdown list.
  2. Click OK.
  3. Select the day you would like the report to begin by selecting a Scheduled Start date from the dropdown.
  4. Select the time you would like the report generated from the time dropdown list.
  5. Select a Frequency from the dropdown list.
  6. Complete the frequency information as applicable.
    For example, if you selected Weekly from the Frequency dropdown you would need to select the day of the week from the Weekly dropdown.
  7. Change the file name from the default, if desired.
  8. Change the output format from the default, if desired.
  9. Enter date range, if report date range is user-defined.
  10. Click 'Add to Schedule'.
