Scheduled Reports Field Definitions

Description

Reports List - The Report Name dropdown list includes all Bank-defined and User-defined reports in the order defined in the Edit My Reports page. The information included on the report, such as the accounts and date range to be included, have been previously defined by either the TD Bank (Bank-defined) or yourself (User-defined). User-defined reports are created/modified in the Define Reports page.

Scheduled Start: Refers to the date to start to generate the report. From this date forward, a report will be generated for the specified frequency selected.

Time: The time to generate the report. You can choose the time in 30 minute increments.
Note: This is time the report is generated and therefore will be available in Receive Reports shortly after this specified time.

Frequency: Refers to how often to generate the report.

  1. Only Once - The report is generated at the specified time and date and is then removed from the scheduler.
  2. Daily - The report is generated every business day at the specified time.
  3. Weekly - The report is generated weekly on the day of the week selected.
  4. Monthly by Day - The report is generated on the day of the nth week of the month. For example, every 2nd Tuesday of the month.
  5. Monthly by Date - The report is generated on the day of the month selected. For example, the 2nd of the month.
  6. End of Month - The report is generated on the last day of each month.
    Note: In order to receive all transactions including the last day of the month you should select: Frequency: Monthly by Date, Frequency Information, Day: 1.

Save as Filename - Defaults to the name of the report defined in the report selected but can be modified.

Output Format - Defaults to the report format defined in the report selected but can be modified to allow the report to be scheduled with a different format.

Frequency Information
Day: Includes the days of the month the report could be run. Is applicable if Monthly by Date is selected.

Interval: Includes the number of weeks (First, second etc.) in a month the report could be run. Is applicable if Monthly by Day is selected.

Weekly: Includes the days of the week (Monday - Friday) that the report could be run. Is applicable when weekly is selected.

Report Data
Date Range: Displays the range of data that has been defined for the report selected. Bank-defined reports have default date ranges. At the time of defining a user-defined report you specified a date range.

If you defined a report with a date range of 'user -defined' you will be prompted to enter the range of data you would like generated.
