My Reports

Description

The ‘My Reports’ function of   Balance Reporting   allows you to generate reports in a variety of formats to preview or download to a local or network drive.

Initial Entry into 'My Report' page
Initially on first entry into the ‘My Reports’ screen, the reports available to you are the eight Bank-defined reports. Each report is predefined with the following default settings: applicable accounts, date range and output format for the specific report selected. At the time of generating a report, the date range   and output format   can be changed if desired.

TD Bank Defined Reports are:

  1. Backdate Detail Report
  2. Consolidated Balance Report
  3. Loan Account Statement
  4. Net Change Summary
  5. Non-Reporting Branches
  6. Statement of Account
  7. Transfer Details Report
  8. Paid Cheque Detail Report

Reports Available
My Reports dropdown list includes by default all bank-defined reports as well as any user-defined reports created in Define Reports. The order of the display is defined in the Edit My Reports List page.

Reports Generation
Depending on the output format selected, your report will be generated as follows:

  1. BAI, CSV and Tab Delimited - These report formats are generated off-line and are made available in the Receive Reports page. You will automatically be directed to the Receive Reports page to download your report. For large requests, you may be presented with a status of 'In Progress' while the report is being generated.
  2. Report (PDF) - For the majority of requests, the report will be displayed on your screen. If your request is extremely large, the report will be generated off-line and delivered to the Receive Reports page to view or download. You will automatically be directed to the Receive Reports page.

How to Generate a Report

  1. Select a report from the Report dropdown list. The previously defined accounts, output format and date range will automatically be populated from the saved report.
  2. Select a different date range, output format and/or accounts to be included in the report, if desired.
  3. Click Generate.
