Scheduled Report Business Rules

Description

1. If the Date Range defined in the report selected is 'User-defined' the report can be scheduled 'Only Once' and you will be prompted to select Start and End Dates for the report.
2. The date and time the report is generated is appended to the Report Name. The date and time will allow you to distinguish reports of the same name. As well, reports are available on the Receive Reports list for a specified time from this appended date and time.
3. If the frequency is 'Only Once' the report will automatically be removed from the Scheduled Reports grid once generated.
